Our internship program is designed for the young person or the burnt-out executive who wants to develop confidence in baking and sugarcraft. All baking and decorating techniques will be based on Chef Juls’ Cakeflair principles and value system.
The intern is to learn bakery operations including baking, decorating, cleaning, documentation and other ancillary bakery activities that will improve soft and life skills.
The intern must be interested in learning and acquiring the skill necessary for baking and decorating. Will work under the supervision of trained professional bakers and decorators; The individual intern must be organized, thorough and be ready to work under pressure. If successfully completed, the intern is awarded a Certificate of Completion.
