This Elegant Wafer Paper Wedding Anniversary Cake was practically a 24-hour notice cake. Got the brief to go ahead with the order by 8am of Jan 2nd to deliver by 8am January 3rd as a surprise cake to celebrate Pastors Andy and Ndidi Osakwe’s 29th wedding anniversary during DAY 2 of WOFBEC.

We were mentally on holiday but had to change gear to order the commission.

It had to be carefully planned to ensure all elements were available to pull if off.

This felt like a Wedding Cake on steroids! No room for error.

The most dramatic process was frying the rice paper part… I was reluctant to include the scene, but my team urged me o! Lol
